We accompany you or your family member to any hospital or clinic in Da Nang. We handle registration, queues, payment counters and the pharmacy, and we help you understand what staff are asking.
We are not doctors. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We help with logistics, paperwork and communication.
Hi, I'm Thao Nguyen (Alice).
I'm a hospital companion in Da Nang. I go with older adults, children and foreign visitors to the hospital: registration, queues, payments, pharmacy, and home pick-up if you need it.
I previously worked at a five-star resort in Da Nang and hold high scores in several English certificates, so I can help with everyday English.

A visit usually takes about 3 to 4 hours. (If it runs longer, an extra fee of 100,000 VND per hour may apply.)

We keep your papers in order during the visit and hand them back right after each step. We photograph records only with your consent.
